My name is Alexandria Barnes.  I am currently a 21-year-old cosmetology student at the Douglas J Aveda Institute in East Lansing, Michigan. ​

    After my graduation in May 2016, I plan to find my perfect salon home. My goal is to become a stylist performing services such as hair cuts, color, waxing and more. I also believe it is important to continue my education by taking more classes in cut and color techniques, hair extensions and eyelash extensions.

    I don't believe in limiting yourself. My philosophy is to never stop growing and learning. Be hungry, Do better. Be better,  Be the best you can possibily be. There is so much opportunity out there! 

    My technical skills continue to progress every single day along with my passion for the beauty industry! Nothing makes me happier than spending my days making others feel great. It is my purpose to use my creativity and talent for good. <3
